一、簡述

「九節佛風」(下稱「本應用程式」)是一款交替鼻孔呼吸(Nadi Shodhana)練習導引工具。本應用程式不蒐集、不儲存、不傳輸任何個人資料。所有功能皆在您的裝置上離線運作,無需註冊帳號,亦不需連接網路。

二、我們蒐集的資料

無。本應用程式:

• 不要求您提供姓名、電子郵件或任何身分資訊
• 不蒐集裝置識別碼、位置資訊或使用行為分析
• 不包含廣告、追蹤器或任何第三方分析工具(如 Google Analytics、Firebase)
• 不與任何第三方分享資料

三、儲存在您裝置上的資料

您的練習偏好設定(呼吸比例、節奏、練習長度、音效選擇)僅儲存於您裝置的本機儲存空間,不會離開您的裝置。解除安裝本應用程式即會一併刪除所有設定,無需另行申請刪除。

四、應用程式權限說明

• 通知權限:僅用於在練習進行中顯示常駐通知,讓練習在螢幕關閉時持續進行。
• 前景服務與喚醒鎖定:僅用於維持練習期間的計時與導引音效不中斷。

以上權限均不涉及任何資料蒐集。

五、兒童隱私

本應用程式不蒐集任何使用者資料,自然也不會蒐集兒童的個人資料。

六、健康免責聲明

本應用程式僅提供呼吸練習之節奏導引,不構成醫療建議。若您有呼吸道、心血管疾病或其他健康疑慮,請先諮詢醫師後再進行練習。

七、政策變更

若本政策有所變更,我們將於本頁面更新並修改生效日期。由於本應用程式不蒐集資料,政策變更的可能性極低。

1. Summary

"Nine Purification Breaths" (九節佛風, the "App") is a guided alternate-nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) practice tool. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All features work entirely offline on your device. No account or internet connection is required.

2. Data We Collect

None. The App:

• Does not ask for your name, email, or any identifying information
• Does not collect device identifiers, location, or usage analytics
• Contains no ads, trackers, or third-party analytics SDKs
• Shares no data with any third party

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Your practice preferences (breathing ratio, tempo, session length, sound options) are saved only in your device's local storage and never leave your device. Uninstalling the App deletes all of them; no separate deletion request is needed.

4. App Permissions

• Notifications: used only to show an ongoing notification during a practice session so it can continue with the screen off.
• Foreground service & wake lock: used only to keep the session timer and guiding sounds running during practice.

None of these permissions involve data collection.

5. Children's Privacy

Since the App collects no user data at all, it does not collect personal data from children.

The App provides rhythm guidance for breathing exercises only and does not constitute medical advice. If you have respiratory or cardiovascular conditions or other health concerns, please consult a physician before practicing.

7. Changes to This Policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. As the App collects no data, changes are unlikely.
